Craftifact Demo Terms of Use
1. Scope
These terms govern access to the Craftifact demo environment provided by SoluForge for business customers.
The demo is intended for evaluation only and does not constitute a paid subscription.
2. Access and Start Window
Demo access is subject to manual review and approval by SoluForge.
Approved demo requests must be started within seven (7) days after the request was submitted.
3. Demo Runtime
Once the demo instance is provisioned, the demo runtime is limited to eight (8) hours.
The runtime starts when the demo instance is created.
SoluForge sends an informational reminder approximately 30 minutes before the scheduled demo end and cleanup.
No SLA applies to the demo environment.
4. Permitted Use
The demo may only be used to evaluate Craftifact features.
The customer must not use the demo for production workloads.
Uploading or processing production data is prohibited unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
5. Privacy and retention
Processing purposes and deletion timelines are described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Liability
The demo is provided as-is for evaluation. SoluForge does not warrant uninterrupted availability or fitness for production use.
7. Governing Law and Venue
German law applies to the extent permitted by law. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany.
